  1. Is my order discreet?
    Yes. Your order will be sent to you in plain packaging with no identifying features. The return address does not mention the company name.

  2. Will you send advertising material to me?
    No. We respect your privacy (and that most of these mailing go straight in the bin!). We may from time to time send you emails with our latest offers and special deals but you can opt out at any time by going to "My Account".

  3. Do you ship orders outside of the UK?
    Yes we do. You may find that you are unable to submit your order through the online checkout. If this is the case please telephone us or email us and we will quote you on shipping costs (dependant upon weight).

  4. Why isn't my credit / debit card accepted when I try to place an order?
    Some people have difficulty during the checkout with their credit / debit card. We only accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Solo & Electron. The most common reason for cards not being accepted (often with a "AVS/CV2" error) is because the address given as the billing address does not match the address on your card statement. Please check this carefully (especially the postcode). Please contact us if you continue to have difficulty.

  5. When will my order arrive?
    Most orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours by Royal Mail - this often gives delivery within 1-2 working days. If items are out-of-stock we will keep you informed as to the estimated dispatch date - normally within 7 days but some items of lingerie can be delayed upto 2-3 weeks.

    No. All your details (including e-mail address) will remain private. We will never pass any details on to any 3rd party.

  8. Is your site secure?
    Yes. Any page on the website that requires personal details to be entered is secured by SSL encryption technology. You can check this for yourself by looking for the padlock towards the bottom right of your internet browser bar.

  9. Why don't you supply free batteries?
    We don't supply batteries with items because we aim to give you the best prices. Offering free batteries would mean higher prices. Be wary of other stores that give away batteries - they are often of low quality and liable to run out at just the wrong time! We let you choose the best batteries for you.
