Christmas Delivery

Please note that items with code GL or GAL have a lead-time of around 21 days so order early. All other orders need to be received by 14 DECEMBER for Chrimstams delivery. We will accept orders after this date but they may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Postage

Perfect Passion's standard postage & packing charge is 2.99 (unless otherwise marked).

Perfect Passion respects your privacy, which means that all orders are always sent in plain packaging with no advertisements and will have no identification as to the contents inside or sender.

Lighter products are sent via Royal Mail post while heavier packages use Royal Mail's Standard Parcels service. Perfect Passion unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any delays that are outside of our control.

 

Delivery Guarantee

Perfect Passion does its best to maintain our stock at a level that means your order can be dispatched in the next postal collection. However, if something you have ordered should be out of stock, as an extra assurance, Perfect Passion guarantees to deliver your order complete within 28 days of the order being placed, or your money will be happily refunded. If you have ordered more than one item and one should be out of stock, the order shall be held until all items are available and upon receipt they shall be dispatched together.

 

Returns

All goods purchased come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee but must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order (postage costs are not refundable).

Conditions:
1. The goods must be unused (we adhere to strict health & hygiene conditions)
2. The goods must be in the original packaging and still sealed
3. The goods must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order

Perfect Passion accepts that in exceptional circumstances there may be occasions where a manufacturing fault has slipped through our quality control unnoticed. In the unlikely event of this being the case, please email returns@perfectpassion.co.uk within 30 days, and everything will be done to rectify the situation.

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note that Perfect Passion only accepts returns of items that have been opened if they are genuinely defective and in their original packaging. Perfect Passion will exchange all faulty items on a like for like basis and reimburse all additional postage costs incurred by you.
